CushWake Secures 20K-SF Industrial Lease in Deerfield Beach

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged a 20,253-square-foot, full-building warehouse lease in Deerfield Beach with ST Stones, a South Florida-based importer and wholesaler of natural stone products.

Located at 1280 S. Powerline Road in Power Line Commerce Park, the property is a front-load building with 30-foot clear heights, three dock doors and a 1,014-square-foot office space. ST Stones also has locations in West Palm Beach, Pompano Beach, Melbourne and Orlando. The company specializes in providing granite, marble, limestone, travertine, slate, onyx and quartzite to fabricators nationwide.

Chris Metzger, Rick Etner, Christopher Thomson and Matthew McAllister of Cushman & Wakefield’s South Florida Industrial Team represented the landlord, Bristol Powerline LLC, in the lease negotiations.
