CushWake Secures 157K-SF Industrial Lease in Durham

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged a 157,000-square-foot industrial lease for North State Express, a trucking company that includes logistics, transport and storage, at Regional Commerce Center in Durham.

Located at 708 Ellis Rd., the Regional Commerce Center is currently under construction with completion slated for May of 2020. The owner, Scannell Properties, is developing 1.2 million square feet of modern distribution and light industrial buildings on the 65-acre site.

Hunter Willard, Larry Lakins and Andrew Young of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in lease negotiations. Jim Allaire of Foundry Commercial advised Scannell Properties.
