CushWake Retained for Bulk Sale of White Plains Condo Units

Connect Apartments is coming up on June 26th in Los Angeles. Here’s a link to find out more about the conference and to register.

Cushman & Wakefield has been retained to sell 22 residential condominium units within Gateway Condominiums at 257 Central Ave. in White Plains, NY. Asking price for the bulk package of condominium units is $7.95 million.

A team led by vice chairman Thomas A. Donovan, with directors Tommy Lin, Eugene Kim and Robert Rappa, will represent the seller in all marketing efforts.

“This package offers an excellent opportunity for an investor seeking to capitalize on the growing demand for amenity-rich residential in close proximity to the Westchester County Center, extensive shopping and restaurant options, major highways and the commuter rail,” said Donovan. “The property is also ideal for 1031 exchange.”

The bulk sale represents more than two-thirds of Gateway Condominiums’ 30 units. All but one of the 22 units in the sale package are occupied.
