CushWake Reps Prologis in Wholesaler/Retailer’s South FL Renewal
Cushman & Wakefield has negotiated a 95,540-square-foot warehouse and distribution lease renewal with Fairn & Swanson at 701 NW 33rd Street in Pompano Beach, FL. The Broward County location serves as a warehouse and distribution hub for the Oakland, CA-based wholesaler/retailer’s Caribbean operations.
The Cushman & Wakefield South Florida Industrial team of Christopher Metzger, Richard F. Etner, Jr., Christopher Thomson and Matthew G. McAllister represented owner Prologis in the renewal negotiations. The team worked in conjunction with Prologis senior leasing manager Barbara Mantecon. No brokers were identified for the tenant.
“701 NW 33rd’s central location in the Tri-County area provides Fairn & Swanson with exceptional access to the region’s major ports, both sea and air,” said Metzger.
The property is one of four buildings comprising a 365,640-square-foot warehouse and distribution campus at NW 33rd Street. Cushman & Wakefield leases all four buildings for Prologis. The campus is currently 100% leased.
