CushWake Promotes Friedland to Chicago Ind. Group Leader
Cushman & Wakefield has promoted David Friedland to Chicago industrial group leader. Over a 22-year commercial real estate career, Friedland has completed over 750 transactions with a total value in excess of $1 billion.
In his new role, Friedland will work alongside Cushman & Wakefield’s industrial brokerage team, to build and drive occupier and investor client relationships. He will collaborate closely with John Morris, head of industrial for the Americas, and Vicki Noonan, Chicago managing principal.
Noonan expressed confidence that Friedland’s “reputation for leadership and collaboration will help us continue to build and enhance our platform and identify the best solutions for our clients.”
Friedland launched his CRE career in 1995, when he joined Epic Realty Partners, which he subsequently co-owned and later sold to Transwestern. Before that, he was an attorney practicing construction and environmental litigation. He joined Cushman & Wakefield’s industrial group as executive director in September 2016.
