CushWake Named to Lease Up APF Office Trio

Cushman & Wakefield was selected by APF Properties as the exclusive leasing agent for one of its office portfolios in Midtown Manhattan. The portfolio, including 183 Madison Ave., 286 Madison Ave. and 24 W. 57th St., totals about 515,000 square feet.

A Cushman & Wakefield team of William Fressle, Maria Travlos, Will Golden and Joseph Simon will be marketing availabilities on behalf of APF Properties.

“We are thrilled to be working with APF Properties to find tenants as renowned as these buildings,” said Fressle. “Each one of these prestigious and conveniently-located properties offers unique availabilities for small-, medium- and large-sized tenants.”

183 Madison Ave. is a 275,496-square-foot mixed-use property located on 34th Street and Madison Avenue.

The 131,000-square-foot 286 Madison, a few hundred yards from Grand Central Terminal, underwent major renovations in 2016. The 110,000-square-foot 24 W. 57th is home to renowned art gallery Marian Goodman.
