CushWake Markets Williamsbridge Duo with Multiple Options

Cushman & Wakefield was hired to sell 3737 and 3739 White Plains Rd., two properties totaling 37,856 buildable square feet in the Williamsbridge neighborhood of the Bronx. Asking prices weren’t disclosed.

A Cushman & Wakefield team of Jonathan Squires, Stephen Preuss, Charlie Dupont, Addison Berniker and Shayne Soltan is representing the seller in all marketing efforts. The buildings can be sold as a package or individually.

“This offering presents potential buyers with the opportunity to maximize their return on investment; a user could purchase and occupy turnkey properties in an up-and-coming neighborhood, a developer could build a nearly 40,000-square-foot mixed-use building or an investor could quickly lease out the building as a covered land play,” said Squires. “Located on the area’s main retail corridor of White Plains Road, this site will prove to be in high demand.”
