CushWake Markets Retail Portfolio in Forest Hills
Cushman & Wakefield is marketing the Austin Street Portfolio, a five-building retail assemblage totaling 20,000 square feet on one of the busiest corridors in Queens’ Forest Hills neighborhood. This assemblage is hitting the market for the first time in more than 90 years.
A Cushman & Wakefield team led by Stephen R. Preuss with Rani Bendary and Andreas Efthymiou is marketing the assemblage on behalf of the seller, Stockman Holding Company, LLC.
“Austin Street is well-known as one of the most active retail corridors in the entire city,” said Preuss. “This portfolio offers a strong mixed-use investment opportunity with the option to purchase as a package or individually.”
The Austin Street Portfolio consists of five properties located at 7164-7166 Austin St., 72-02 Austin St. 72-04 Austin St., 72-08 Austin St. and 72-50 Austin St. The portfolio will be delivered 54% vacant.
