CushWake Markets Panattoni Complex for Lease

Panattoni has selected Cushman & Wakefield to market the new South Lake Industrial Center in Vernon Hills, IL. Construction has already begun on the four-building complex, which will total 904,523 square feet upon completion.

Cushman & Wakefield executive directors Brett Kroner and Keith Puritz, managing director Eric Fischer, director Steve Stone and senior associate Marc Samuels will lead the marketing effort to lease up the properties.

“Given South Lake Industrial Center’s high-image buildings, wide-radius truck courts and heavy loading capabilities, Panattoni is well-positioned to meet demand from a thriving industrial sector,” said Kroner.

He added, “This development comes at an ideal time as we continue to see high demand for state-of-the-art warehouses in the Lake County market. Corporate Woods Business Park was developed in the early 1990s, and we will be the first set of speculative buildings delivered since 2001.”
