CushWake Markets Industrial on Bronx-Westchester Border

Cushman & Wakefield was hired to arrange the sale of 200-208 S. 14th Ave., a 26,788-square-foot industrial property plus parking lot in the Bronx. The property is also located partly in neighboring Mt. Vernon, NY, a Westchester County suburb.

A Cushman & Wakefield team of Jonathan Squires, Josh Neustadter, Bill Eisenhut, Michael Fioravanti, Addison Berniker and Shayne Soltan will lead the marketing efforts on behalf of the property’s seller.

“Situated on the border between the Bronx and Mount Vernon, this property’s location is ideal to service customers in both New York City and Westchester County,” said Squires.

Neustadter added, “As the industrial market in the greater New York area continues to heat up, these properties remain in high demand and will continue to grow in value.”

200-208 S. 14th is currently 100% leased with a weighted lease term of 3.9 years, producing a diversified and steady income stream.
