CushWake Markets Corporate Housing Condos in Midtown

Cushman & Wakefield is marketing for sale a collection of 16 luxury residential condominiums at The Cassa, located at 70 W/ 45th St. in Midtown Manhattan. A team of Maurice Suede, Will Conrad, Jonathan Garfinkel, Dan Soyak and Charlotte Redican will lead marketing efforts on behalf of the property’s seller, Assa Properties. An asking price wasn’t disclosed.

“These unique Midtown Manhattan units offer residents fully-furnished apartments with access to luxury hotel amenities, such as housekeeping, a 24-hour doorman and concierge,” said Suede.

The apartments at The Cassa are being offered fully-furnished. All are fully-serviced corporate units outfitted with amenities such as housekeeping, a parking garage and fitness center.

The condo package presents the opportunity to easily combine units into duplexes and triplexes. The units currently operate under a “short term stay” model, allowing tenants flexible lease periods with a minimum of 30 days while being charged at a nightly rate.
