CushWake Markets 2 Office/Flex Properties in Nassau County

Cushman & Wakefield has been retained to arrange for the sale of two office/flex buildings within Crossways Park Drive Office Park in the Nassau County community of Woodbury, NY.  The firm’s Thomas A. Donovan, Benjamin Efraimov and Tommy Lin will be leading the marketing efforts on behalf of the seller.

“These two sites offer the opportunity to invest within Long Island’s most prestigious office park,” said Donovan. “Between both properties, a future investor will acquire a strong tenant roster and/or potential to assemble space for a credit tenant or corporate headquarters.”

The larger of the two properties, 150-170 Crossways Park Dr., is a 100% leased building of approximately 41,000 square feet. The second, located at 240 Crossways Park Dr. West, is a corner lot improved by a 26,000-square-foot building with 545 feet of frontage.
