CushWake Lists Rent-Regulated Williamsbridge Apartments

Cushman & Wakefield was hired to arrange the sale of 3816 Barnes Ave., a 6,460-square-foot, rent-regulated multifamily property in the Bronx’s Williamsbridge neighborhood. The firm’s Jonathan Squires, Michael Fioravanti, Josh Neustadter, Addison Berniker and Shayne Soltan are representing the seller in all marketing efforts. Pricing wasn’t disclosed.

“This property is ideally located both in terms of community offerings and transportation options,” said Fioravanti.

Squires added, “The property is set at a favorable price point, and we are looking forward to seeing a lot of interest and continued growth in the neighborhood.”

The seven-unit 3816 Barnes is in close proximity to the White Plains Road retail corridor, as well as Van Cortlandt Park, Mosholu Golf Course and multiple medical institutions. This property also sits within one block of the 219th Street subway station, where the 2 and 5 trains can be accessed.
