CushWake Lists Newly-Built Chinatown Office Condos

Cushman & Wakefield has been retained to arrange the sales of six new office condominium units on the fourth to sixth floors of 100 East Broadway, a newly-constructed 14-story, 50,000-square-foot retail and office condo building on the Lower East Side/Chinatown.

The team of Michael F. DeCheser, Mei Ling Wong and Bryan F. Hurley will lead marketing efforts for the seller. An asking price wasn’t disclosed.

“This property is one of the newest and tallest office buildings in the heart of Chinatown,” said DeCheser. “The fourth, fifth and sixth floor each have spacious floorplates with huge windows. The property presents the ideal investment for an office occupier, school or non-profit organization.”

The three floors total 15,493 gross square feet, and can be subdivided.

“100 East Broadway is located in a neighborhood that is growing quickly, with new amenities, restaurants, apartments, offices and more,” added Wong.
