CushWake Lists Mott Haven Site with “Significant Scale”

Cushman & Wakefield has been to sell 200 E. 138th St. in the Bronx’s Mott Haven neighborhood. The 168,200-buildable-square-feet block-front is nearby large-scale projects being developed by Brookfield Properties and RXR Realty.

A team of Robert Shapiro, Jonathan Squires and Josh Neustadter will lead marketing efforts on behalf of ownership.

“This site offers a rare opportunity to build at significant scale in Mott Haven,” said Shapiro. Squires added, “One of the major advantages that this property has over many of the other developments built in Mott Haven is the incredible proximity to transportation. The 4 and 5 subway lines are directly across the street and the 6 train is three blocks away.”

Along with multiple subway stops offering a 20-minute trip to Grand Central Terminal, 200 E. 138th is convenient to the Madison Avenue Bridge, Third Avenue Bridge and Willis Avenue Bridge, along with major Interstate highways I-87 and I-278.
