CushWake Hires Stacy Mbithi as Director in Raleigh-Durham

Cushman & Wakefield has hired Stacy Mbithi as director in the firm’s Raleigh-Durham office. She will join Mac Hammer and Kent Honeycutt on the Office Agency Leasing team, as well as Doug Cook who partners with the team on life sciences.

Mbithi joins Cushman & Wakefield from her own firm, F5 Properties, a full-service brokerage firm. She has more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate and has overseen leasing and sales of millions of square feet on behalf of her clients. In her last nine years in Raleigh-Durham, she has worked on behalf of national, regional and local clients throughout the Triangle area. Mbithi also spent time as vice president at Trademark Morris, a tenant representation advisor at Cresa and a leasing representative at Harsch Investment Properties.

“I am looking forward to joining the dynamic office leasing team of Cushman & Wakefield,” said Mbithi. “The company is a market leader with substantial potential for expanding the current office leasing portfolio. I am excited to contribute to further growth in RTP and surrounding areas.”
