CushWake Hires Singleton as Senior Director in Raleigh-Durham

James Singleton

Cushman & Wakefield has hired James Singleton as Senior Director in the firm’s Raleigh-Durham office.

Singleton joins Cushman & Wakefield from Colliers International where he was a Vice President and specialized in land and investment sales. Previously, he was a Sales Specialist at Stryker Orthopedics, a land broker at Commercial Properties Real Estate Trust and a Vice President at Trademark properties.  Singleton earned a bachelor’s degree from North Carolina State University.

“We are excited to add James, a seasoned commercial real estate professional, to our team,” said Grady Matthews, managing principal at Cushman & Wakefield’s Raleigh-Durham office. “We are excited to bolster the services we provide with this new position.”
