CushWake Hires Russell as Director in Nashville
Cushman & Wakefield has announced the hiring of Lonnie Russell as a Director in the firm’s Industrial Agency Leasing group.

Russell has more than 35 years of experience in commercial real estate. In his new role at Cushman & Wakefield, he will oversee Duke Realty’s more than 3.6 million-square-foot industrial portfolio in Nashville. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Russell was the Vice President of Leasing for Duke Realty, responsible for business development and leasing related to Duke Realty’s 5.1 million-square-foot office and industrial portfolio in Nashville.
