Cushman & Wakefield has hired Joseph Lentz as Director in the firm’s Jacksonville office. He will focus on the land and retail sectors.

Lentz joins Cushman & Wakefield after six years with Cantrell & Morgan Inc., where he was responsible for the origination and execution of land and commercial brokerage opportunities. His areas of expertise include representing buyers and sellers in acquisition and disposition of high value land at various stages of entitlement and development for single-family, multifamily, commercial, hospitality and retail parcels.
