Cushman & Wakefield has expanded its industrial team in Charlotte with the addition of Drew Coholan as a Director.

Coholan will focus on representing tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers in North and upstate South Carolina as part of the Industrial team which includes Matt Treble, Fermin Deoca, Eric Ridlehoover, Andrew DeLamielleure, Patrick McGrath and Stephanie Mays. Previously, Coholan was a vice president at JLL where he completed more than 250 transactions over the past five years.
