CushWake Hired to Lease Up Ridgewood’s Bohack Square

Cushman & Wakefield was recently tapped to market for lease the office and retail components of Bohack Square, a completely-redeveloped mixed-use commercial complex at 50-05 Metropolitan Ave. in the Ridgewood neighborhood of Queens, closely bordering Brooklyn.

On the site of the former headquarters of the historic grocery store chain Bohack’s, the property has undergone significant redevelopment and is now ready to lease 30,000 square feet of Class A ground-floor retail and 28,000 square feet of office, both with on-site parking.

A Cushman & Wakefield team of Stephen R. Preuss, Joshua A. Kleinberg, Adam Malitz, Rani Bendary and Dale Braverman will be leading the marketing efforts on behalf of the property’s landlord, Metropolitan Realty, LLC.

“50-05 Metropolitan Ave. offers state-of-the-art office and retail space, as well as on-site parking, which can often prove difficult to find simultaneously,” said Preuss.

Connect New York 2020 is set to take place on Wednesday, April 29 at Upper Story by Charlie Palmer. For more information, or to register, click  here.
