CushWake Hired to Lease Bedminster Portfolio

Advance Realty Investors tapped Cushman & Wakefield to lease up its Bedminster, NJ portfolio, which includes Advance at Bedminster, a three-building, 88,500-square-foot campus, and Executive Quarters, a 55,000-square-foot office building.

Advance at Bedminster and Executive Quarters are located on Route 206 in the Somerset County community of Bedminster, and currently offer approximately 41,000 square feet available for lease. Morristown-based William O’Keefe and Kelsey Nakamura are heading the assignment.

Advance Realty Investors is currently enhancing the tenant experience with a program of building upgrades at its Advance at Bedminster office campus, including lobby and common area improvements, a renovated fitness center and a courtyard makeover.

“Advance is an established landlord recognized for its responsive service and is deeply invested in the campus,” Nakamura said. “The firm developed these assets and is also headquartered here, making the team highly attuned to tenants’ needs.”
