CushWake Expands OC Retail Team; Adds Chang as Managing Director

Cushman & Wakefield has named Jack Chang as a Managing Director in a move set to grow the firm’s Orange County retail capital markets team. Chang, who specializes in single-tenant net lease and sale-leaseback investment sales, will be based in the firm’s Irvine office and assist fellow Managing Director Joseph Lising in growing CushWake’s net lease/sale-leaseback platform in Orange County.

Prior to joining CushWake, Chang was at STREAM Capital Partners, a boutique real estate investment advisory firm, and Matthews Real Estate Investment Services. He is  a graduate of UCLA, and a member of International Council of Shopping Centers.
