CushWake Expands Healthcare Advisory Practice with Trio of Leaders

Cushman & Wakefield expanded its Healthcare Advisory Practice with three new additions. Joining the firm are Chris Barnet, Melissa Horta and Brittani Peedin. The additions extend the St. Louis-based national healthcare brokerage footprint to more than 50 markets.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Lorie Damon says, “Chris, Melissa and Brittani offer a wealth of healthcare real estate expertise that enables us to expand services for our clients in their respective markets and across the U.S. Collectively, they bring substantial insights into their respective markets, and expertise in developing sophisticated real estate strategies to meet clients’ needs.”

Barnet (pictured) will oversee healthcare leasing, tenant advisory, investment sales and development in the Dallas market. Horta will provide real estate strategies, leasing options and financial analysis to healthcare landlord and tenant clients throughout the Las Vegas market. Peedin joins in Tampa, where she will manage brokerage transactions for the West Florida Division of HCA.
