CushWake Closes on Buy of Quality Solutions Inc.

Cushman & Wakefield has completed its acquisition of Quality Solutions, Inc. (QSI), a facilities management firm specializing in on-demand facility maintenance and project management services, for an undisclosed sum.

First announced in November, the acquisition will expand Chicago-based Cushman & Wakefield’s capabilities and coverage across North American markets by leveraging QSI’s supply chain of 50,000-plus qualified suppliers and 75+ facilities trades.

“This acquisition significantly strengthens our ability to deliver 24/7 on-demand, scheduled or emergency facility services and project management across North America,” said Cushman & Wakefield’s Steven Quick, chief executive, Global Occupier Services. In November, Quick said it would enable the firm to “better serve large corporations with distributed real estate portfolios.”

At QSI, CEO Eric Crabb said, “Our combined growth and aligned focus on putting clients first will result in new opportunities for all involved in the acquisition.” Crabb will lead operations within Cushman & Wakefield’s facilities management business.
