CushWake Brokers Sale of Lake Forest Office Campus to Prologis

Cushman & Wakefield represented both parties in the sale of Pacific Vista, a 322,262-square-foot Class A corporate office campus in Lake Forest. The property consists of five two-story office buildings that are leased to seven long-term tenants.
Prologis, Inc., acquired the asset from an undisclosed seller for $96 million. The logistics real estate leader plans to continue operating the property as a best-in-class office project.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Jason Ward represented the buyer. Colleague John Harty, with assistance from Jeffrey Cole, Nico Napolitano and Ed Hernandez, also represented the seller.
“With its central location, Pacific Vista is a great addition to Prologis’ portfolio, and we worked closely with the company to capitalize on this strategic, off-market opportunity,” said Ward.

Located at 25500-25550 Commercentre Dr., Pacific Vista is located in southern Orange County and offers convenient access to major freeway routes including Interstates 5 and 405 along with State Route-241.
