CushWake Brokers Sale of Five MF Properties in Montgomery for $77M

Cushman & Wakefield has brokered the sale of five apartment communities in Montgomery, AL for a total of $77.1 million. The properties encompass 868 units.

The communities traded include Arbor Station, a 288-unit property built in 1988; Stratford Village, a 224-unit property built in 1986; The Heights Montgomery, a 164-unit property built in 2016; The Mills at 601, a 136-unit property built in 1995; and Havenly Park Villas, a 56-unit property built in 1997.

Craig Hey and Jimmy Adams of Cushman & Wakefield’s Birmingham office represented the sellers in the transactions. StoneRiver Co. developed and sold The Heights Montgomery to Waypoint Residential Services, and Aspen Square Management sold The Mills and Havenly Park Villas to Resolute Real Estate. Morrison Avenue Capital Partners acquired Arbor Station and Stratford Village from an undisclosed seller. The individual sales prices were not disclosed.
