CushWake Brokers Sale of 64-Unit Apartment Property in Charlotte

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the sale of 511 Queens, a 64-unit boutique apartment community in Charlotte. The sales price was not disclosed. Jordan McCarley, Marc Robinson and Brooks Colquitt of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Faison, in the transaction. Sherman Residential acquired the property.

Located in Charlotte’s Myers Park, between Uptown and South Park, 511 Queens is nearby several of the city’s largest hospitals of Novant and Atrium.

“511 Queens is certainly well positioned to grow with the Charlotte market,” said Kris Fetter, president and CEO at Faison. “We would like to thank Sherman Residential for working with us over the last few months managing the transaction through the COVID-19 pandemic. We wish them continued success in elevating the property to the highest standard.”
