CushWake Brokers Sale of 330-Unit Apartment Community in Baton Rouge

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the sale of Indigo Park, a 330-unit apartment community in Baton Rouge. The sales price was not disclosed.

Located near Bluebonnet Boulevard, the community allows for nearby access to a number of retail and employment hubs as well as the L’Auberge Casino & Hotel. Amenities at the community include a renovated clubhouse, resort-style swimming pool with a gazebo and grilling stations as well as a large fitness center.

Mike Kemether of Cushman & Wakefield and Larry Schedler of Larry G. Schedler & Associates Inc. represented the seller, Cortland, in the transaction. The buyer was JRK Investors.
