CushWake Brokers Sale of 267-Unit Hunstville MF Community

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the sale of Arch Street, a 267-unit apartment community in Hunstville, AL. The sales price was not disclosed.

Built in 2009, Arch Street features a suite of amenities that includes a demonstration kitchen, saltwater swimming pool, children’s play room and sand volleyball court.

Craig Hey and Jimmy Adams of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Waypoint Residential, in the transaction. Hayden Properties acquired the property in the off-market transaction.

“Huntsville is becoming a top-tier investment locale, driven by its robust job market and rent growth, strong demographic profile and heavy capital investments,” said Hey.
