CushWake Brokers Sale of 144K-SF Lab Building in New Haven

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the sale of Winchester Works, a 144,000-square-foot office and lab building nearby Yale University’s Science Hill in New Haven. The sales price was undisclosed.

The property was acquired by Twining Properties, as part of a larger $150 million redevelopment that is designed for innovation and collaboration as part of the master-planned Winchester Center, a mixed-use destination for live, work and play. The building is located along I-91, offering convenient access to the rest of Connecticut.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Connecticut team of Bob Motley and Evan O’Brien represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction.
