CushWake Brokers Residential, Mixed-Used Sales in Puget Sound

Cushman & Wakefield brokered two recent sales in the Puget Sound area for a combined $15 million.

The firm closed the sale of Nicholas Townhomes, a 28-unit townhome community in Seattle. Located at 671 Cook Road, the property was sold to an undisclosed buyer for $7.5 million. Cushman & Wakefield’s Byron Rosen, Tim McKay, Dan Chhan, Matt Kemper, and Sam Wayne represented the seller, a local investor, in the off-market transaction.

Additionally, Rosen, McKay, Chhan, Kemper, and Wayne also brokered the recent sale of the newly constructed 6605 Apartments community in Arlington for $7.5 million. The sales team represented the seller, a local developer, in the transaction. The buyer, a California-based investor, acquired the property as the upleg of its 1031 Exchange.

Built in 2023, the boutique mixed-use asset features 29 residential units as well as 2,755 square feet of commercial and retail space. The property was pre-stabilized at 66 percent occupied at the time of sale.
