CushWake Brokers $8M Sale of Mobile MF Portfolio

Cushman & Wakefield has brokered the $7.6 million sale of three apartment communities totaling 148 units in Mobile, AL.

The properties included Arbor Pointe, a 56-unit apartment community located at 100 Dairy Road; Bird’s Nest, a 32-unit apartment community located at 2901 Pleasant Valley Road and Retreat at Pleasant Valley, a 60-unit apartment community located at 2904 Pleasant Valley Road.

Parker Caldwell, Craig Hey and Elizabeth Ming of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Bretwood, in the transaction. Private equity firm Greenlight Capital and Lighthalzen acquired the properties.
