CushWake Brokers $7M Sale of Doral MXU Property

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the sale of Doral Center at 25th, a 35,779-square-foot mixed-use building in Doral for $7 million.

Doral Center at 25th was developed in 1997 on a nearly two-acre site at 8390 NW 25th St. The two-story building features 18,068 square feet of office space, 22-foot clear heights, three dock-high doors, one grade-level door and more than 60 parking spaces.

Wayne Ramoski, Gian Rodriguez and Skyler Stein of the Cushman & Wakefield South Florida Industrial Team represented the seller, Florida Grand Opera, in the transaction. Pedro Garcia and Rudford Hamon of Binswanger-Gateway Partnership advised the buyer, an affiliate of Miami-based Imagik International Corp.
