CushWake Brokers $6M Sale of Nashville Flex Property

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the $5.8 million sale of two flex buildings totaling 38,173 square feet in Nashville.

Located at 341 and 345 Hill Ave., the buildings will serve as the new headquarters for Infinity Hospitality Group, WH Property Management and Nashville Lighting & Production. Totaling 29,627 square feet, 345 Hill Ave. was renovated in 2015 and features building signage visible from Interstate 24. Renovated in 2012, 341 Hill Ave. totals 8,546 square feet of industrial space.

Michael Havens of Cushman & Wakefield represented the buyer, local entrepreneur Nathaniel Beaver, in the transaction. Robby Davis and Stewart Lyman of Cushman & Wakefield advised the seller, Ebon Falcon LLC.
