CushWake Brokers $68M Sale of Southeast MF Portfolio

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the $67.5 million sale of The Southeast 747 Portfolio, a four-property multifamily portfolio in Alabama and Georgia.

The portfolio includes Park at Bellingham & Summerhill, two communities in Huntsville, AL totaling 375 units as well as Park at Arlington, a 188-unit community in Covington, GA. The portfolio also includes Park at Ashburn, a 184-unit apartment community located in Dothan, AL.

Craig Hey, Jimmy Adams, Tyler Averitt and Nathan Swenson of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, a joint venture between Blue Magma Residential and the Auerbach Opportunity Fund I, LP, in the transactions. Lurin Capital acquired Park at Bellingham & Summerhill while InterCapital Group acquired Park at Arlington. Adar Property Group acquired Park at Ashburn.
