CushWake Brokers $59M Sale of Charlotte Office Property

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the $58.5 million sale of Corning Optical Communications’ headquarters, a recently-constructed, 182,169-square-foot office building in Charlotte.

The property features a suite of amenities that include employee lounges, outdoor patio seating areas, a café and onsite walking trails. The building is fully-leased to Corning Optical Communications for the next 14 years.

Rob Cochran, Jared Londry, and Nolan Ashton of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Beacon Partners, in the transaction. An affiliate of Crown Realty & Development acquired the property in an all-cash transaction.
