CushWake Brokers $57M Sale of Suburban Charlotte MF Community

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the $57.7 million sale of The Village at Lake Wylie, a 392-unit, gated apartment community in Lake Wylie, SC.

Developed in 2002, the community features a clubhouse, fitness center and business center, as well as a swimming pool with sun deck, outdoor fire pit, lake access and complimentary boat parking. The community also features a putting green, walking trails and a car care center.

Jordan McCarley, Tai Cohen, and Marc Robinson of Cushman & Wakefield’s Charlotte office represented the seller, Bucci Development, in the transaction. The buyer was Southwood Realty/Triangle Real Estate.
