CushWake Brokers $49M Sale of Two North Carolina MF Communities

Cushman & Wakefield arranged the $49.5 million sale of The Madison and Southgate, two apartment communities in Greenville, NC. The South Greenville properties total 645 units. Southgate is located at 14 Merry Ln., and The Madison is located at 2221 Hyde Dr.

Watson Bryant, Jordan McCarley and Paul Marley of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, SYNCO Properties, in the transaction. Monarch Investment & Management acquired the properties.

“The Madison and Southgate are both strong assets offering attractive amenities and comfortable floorplans for the Greenville market,” Bryant said. “These will prove to be worthy additions to Monarch Investment & Management’s growing portfolio.”
