CushWake Brokers $48M Sale of Metro Tampa Industrial Facility

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the $47.9 million sale of I-4 Logistics Center, a 424,550-square-foot distribution facility in Seffner, FL.

The I-4 Logistics Center was developed as a speculative property and the tenant is investing millions into the facility for materials, handling and transportation up fit. The 37-acre site is located at 1003 North Taylor Road on the I-4 corridor. The institutional-grade facility offers cross-dock loading, EDFR sprinklers, 36-foot clear heights, 70 dock positions with four drive-in ramps and on-site trailer storage.

Mike Davis, Rick Brugge, Rick Colon, Zachary Eicholtz and Ryan Jenkins of Cushman & Wakefield arranged the transaction on behalf of the seller, Dalfen Industrial. The buyer was AEW, a global real estate asset manager.
