CushWake Brokers $3M Sale of Development Site in Orlando
Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the $3.1 million sale of a three-acre development site in Orlando. The property is located at the intersection of International Drive South and Daryl Carter Parkway.
Andy Slowik and Margery Johnson of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller in the transaction, a private investment group that had owned the property since 2001. Dallas-based Sun Holdings, which specializes in fast food restaurant development, acquired the parcel to develop a Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen.
“With more than 5,000 apartment units in the immediate area and a prime location in the heart of Orlando’s tourism corridor, this property is prime for this sort of development,” said Slowik.
