CushWake Brokers $39M Sale of North Carolina Apartment Property

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the $38.5 million sale of Reserve at Bradbury Place, a 288-unit apartment community in Goldsboro, N.C.

Built in 2008, the property is nearby Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, the largest economic driver in the Goldsboro/Wayne County region. Amenities include a 24-seat movie theater, fitness center, grilling/picnic areas, internet café, laundry facility, pet park, sand volleyball court and a swimming pool.

Watson Bryant, Paul Marley and Brooks Colquitt of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Carlisle Residential Properties, in the transaction. The buyer was Keystone Management Company Inc.
