CushWake Brokers $14M Sale of Metro Charlotte Shopping Center

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the $13.9 million sale of The Villages Shoppes at Sherrills Ford, a newly-developed, 60,298-square-foot, Publix-anchored shopping center in Sherrills Ford, N.C.

Located at the intersection of NC Highway 150 and Slanting Bridge Road just north of Charlotte, the property is nearby several newly developed residential subdivisions.

Fain Hicks, Margaret Jones and Lane Breedlove of Cushman & Wakefield brokered the transaction between on behalf of the seller, Wagner Property Group, the developer of the property. The buyer was Koury Corp., a Greensboro-based real estate development company.
