CushWake Brokers $10M Sale of Charlotte MF Development Site

Cushman & Wakefield has brokered the $10.1 million sale of 36th & Tryon, two land parcels totaling more than three acres in Charlotte’s NoDa district.

Located at 3114 and 3214 N. Tryon Street, the development site offers access to Charlotte’s predominantly white-collar employment centers. NoDa is one of Charlotte’s most walkable submarkets and is home to more than 40 restaurants, bars and retailers.

Jordan McCarley and Nolan Ashton of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Aston Properties, in the transaction. Avery Hall and Aria Development Group acquired the land and plan to develop a Class A multifamily building at the site. Aston Properties will retain the existing 14,000-square-foot building and two-acre tract of land adjacent to the Avery Hall property.
