CushWake Brings Upper West Side MXU to Market
Cushman & Wakefield has been retained on an exclusive basis to market a 25’ wide, five-story mixed-use Upper West Side property at 304 Columbus Ave., between 74th and 75th streets. The asking price is $9,950,000.
“This property is perfectly situated on the Upper West Side’s high-end retail strip on Columbus Avenue, and is surrounded by an eclectic mix of restaurants, top-tier retail and iconic New York institutions,” said senior managing director Paul Smadbeck of Cushman & Wakefield. “Its ideal location and retail and residential tenant potential makes 304 Columbus a quality investment opportunity in one of Manhattan’s most sought-after neighborhoods.”
Smadbeck is being joined in the marketing efforts for the property by associate director Conrad Martin and senior associate Bryan Smadbeck. The 12,258-square-foot property consists of 13 residential units and two commercial units.
