CushWake, Brailsford & Dunlavey Share Reopening Student Housing Guidelines

Cushman & Wakefield Higher Education experts, in partnership with Brailsford & Dunlavey have assembled the Reopening Student Housing Guidelines, a report designed to share experiences, industry knowledge and best practices as colleges and universities ready to reopen this Fall.

As stay-at-home restrictions are lifted across the country in the wake of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, higher learning institutions are preparing for the fall 2020 semester. Most colleges and universities plan to open in some capacity in the fall, many with significant adjustments to their standard operations to address the pandemic.

Topics covered in the report include dealing with review and compliance of federal, state and county government guidelines/restrictions, possible COVID-19 testing of residents and staff, availability of personal protective equipment and cleaning/disinfectant supplies as well as review of current student housing policies.
