CushWake Bolsters Industrial Team with Key Promotions

Cushman & Wakefield made two promotions within its logistics & industrial platform in the Americas. Jason Tolliver was named to the newly-created role of industrial investor services lead, and Carolyn Salzer succeeds him as director of logistics & industrial research.

Tolliver will be based in Indianapolis, while Salzer will be based at the company’s Chicago headquarters.

The promotions continue the momentum within the firm’s industrial group, including the arrival in May of Tray Anderson as platform lead. Tolliver and Salzer will work closely with Anderson and with Bethany Clark, who leads operations and strategy for the platform.

“As the industrial market continues to evolve and grow, we too are making significant investments in our logistics & industrial platform,” said Americas CEO Shawn P. Mobley. “These two promotions, along with our hiring of Tray Anderson earlier this year, are all examples of putting the right leaders in the right roles.”
