CushWake Arranges Two New Leases at Medical Office Property in Miami

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged two long-term leases totaling nearly 17,000 square feet at MedSquare Health, a 116,000-square-foot medical office building in Miami. Gordon Messinger of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, AJP Ventures and Mas Group, in the transaction.

The newly signed tenants include Dental Care Alliance, which signed a lease for 10,309 square feet at the property and DermCare Management, which signed a lease for 6,397 square feet. Both tenants are slated to open in the first quarter of 2021. The existing tenant roster at MedSquare Health includes Vitas Healthcare, Gastro Health, My OB/GYN Specialists and PharmaCare.

“MedSquare Health is the premier medical office development in South Florida offering modern tailored spaces in a brand-new project, which today’s medical office tenants are seeking,” said Messinger. “With a prime location next to Miami’s Baptist Hospital, easy access, abundant parking and modern amenities, strong demand will continue at the building.”
