CushWake Arranges Two New Leases at 575 Fifth

Cushman & Wakefield has secured two leases in pre-built space at 575 Fifth Ave. on behalf of the 40-story office tower’s ownership, Beacon Capital Partners & MetLife Investment Management. Real estate company Ten-X took 8,568 square feet, and investment banking firm Liberum Capital signed on for 6,104 square feet. Both tenants will use the space for their respective New York offices.

A Cushman & Wakefield team consisting of Josh Kuriloff, Matthias Li, Anthony LoPresti, Andrew Braver and Jim McCaffrey brokered both leases with Bruce Mosler, Chairman of Global Brokerage, providing executive oversight. Ten-X was also represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Tara Stacom and Connor Daugstrup. Liberum was represented by Tom Hines of Transwestern and David Stockel of CBRE, formerly with Transwestern.

“We were excited to reintroduce this Class A product to the market, and we have had great success thus far in a short timeframe,” said Kuriloff.
