CushWake Arranges Tribeca Commercial Condo Sale

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the sale of 50-52 Laight St., a 3,919-square-foot ground floor commercial condo located in Manhattan’s Tribeca neighborhood. The final closing price was $3.2 million.

A Cushman & Wakefield brokerage team consisting of Will Suarez, Maurice Suede and Sean Rucker represented the seller, who was not disclosed.

50-52 Laight will be delivered vacant in pristine white box condition. It features approximately 35 feet of frontage along Laight Street and 14-foot ceilings, in addition to a sprinkler system, HVAC and ADA-compliant bathrooms.

“The buyer has acquired an exceptional opportunity to establish a thriving business in Tribeca, one of the most desirable neighborhoods in New York City,” said Suarez. “Residential and commercial developments continue to prosper in the area, a reflection on this Manhattan enclave’s optimal location.”
